General Conditions of Sale Lövane

  1. Scope and Acceptance

These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded by the company ANDJIES Associés with its customers using the services of the lövane-lingerie.com website.

Any purchase implies for the customer the acceptance of the general conditions of sale in force on the date of the transaction, which can be consulted during the validation of the transaction.


  1. Products

The description and price of each product is presented in a characteristic sheet that can be consulted on the lövane-lingerie.com website. The price indicated is inclusive of all taxes and denominated in euros. It is accepted by the customer when confirming the purchase.

The customer is informed that the color rendering depends on the screen of the device on which the transaction is made and may not correspond to the actual colors.


  1. Availability and Delivery

Some products are available immediately, others only on demand.

For available products, delivery will take place within 4 working days following the effective payment of the purchase for metropolitan France, unless otherwise indicated. In the event that additional delivery times are expected, the customer will be informed before payment.

The terms of delivery will be defined during the payment of the purchase.

In the event that the number of transactions would lead to the out of stock of the product purchased, a total refund will be offered in the event of cancellation of the purchase decided by the customer, or a partial refund in the event of an order for the product concerned.

The delivery time and terms of the products on demand will be specified during the validation of the purchase and will depend on the production time of the said product.


  1. Payment

Payment by credit card, VISA or MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or APPLE PAY is accepted.

The transaction will be deemed validated when the payment is confirmed by the bank card management company and the funds received by ANDJIES Associés. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer and the countdown of the delivery time will begin at that time.


  1. Right to retract

In accordance with article L221-18 of the consumer code, the customer has a right of withdrawal when purchasing online. At the end of the delivery, the customer has a period of 14 days to cancel his purchase, on the express condition that the package has not been opened, the nature of the product requiring strict compliance with the conditions of hygiene.

To do so, he can send a free email to the address

contact@lovane-lingerie.com within the time limit.

The cost of returning the package will be borne by the seller.


  1. Legal Warranties and After-Sales Service

In accordance with articles L217-3 to L217-7 of the consumer code, the product sold benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects. Are excluded from the guarantee the bad use of the good, its bad maintenance, the negligence and the normal wear.

In the event of a defect, the customer will send an email to the after-sales service at contact@lovane-lingerie.com. He will then be offered to return the product, at the seller's expense. If the product is defective, the customer will be offered replacement or refund of the product.

 

  1. Disputes

The settlement of any dispute that may arise between the client and the company ANDJIES Associés will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Nanterre.
